Services

My work is designed for adults who are insightful, capable, and tired of feeling stuck despite years of therapy or personal growth. Many of the people I work with understand their patterns intellectually, yet still feel emotionally reactive, shut down, self-critical, or chronically tense.

I specialize in trauma-focused therapy that goes beyond insight alone. Using EMDR and parts-based work, I help clients gently process unresolved experiences, reduce nervous-system activation, and create meaningful internal change — so healing becomes something you experience, not just something you understand.

Trauma Therapy for Deeper, Lasting Change

My Approach to Trauma Therapy

An integrated, trauma-focused approach designed to support real nervous-system change.

Who this work is for

This work is designed for adults who are insightful, capable, and tired of feeling stuck despite years of therapy or personal growth. Many of the people I work with understand their patterns intellectually, yet still feel emotionally reactive, shut down, self-critical, or chronically tense. On the outside, life may look “fine,” but internally things don’t feel settled.

How this work creates change

Rather than focusing on coping skills or insight alone, I offer trauma-focused therapy that supports real nervous-system change. I integrate EMDR and parts-based trauma work to help gently process unresolved experiences, soften protective patterns, and increase internal safety. This allows your system to update what it learned in the past, rather than continuing to react as if old threats are still present.

What this approach often supports

This approach often supports people experiencing chronic anxiety, emotional overwhelm, shutdown or numbness, an intense inner critic, shame, or difficulty feeling present and connected in relationships. The focus is not on fixing you, but on helping your nervous system and internal parts feel safe enough to change.

What sessions are like

Sessions are collaborative, paced, and attuned. We move at a speed that respects your system rather than pushing for insight or performance. Over time, many clients notice greater emotional regulation, increased self-trust, and a felt sense of stability that carries into daily life.
