Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Coming July 2025: I will begin training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through Journey Clinical.

Once certified, I’ll partner with Journey Clinical’s medical team to offer a safe, evidence-based approach that integrates ketamine treatment with trauma-informed therapy. This powerful combination can support the reduction of symptoms related to PTSD, anxiety, and depression, helping you access deeper healing and emotional relief.

Benefits of KAP:

  • Accelerates emotional healing by creating a window of openness and neuroplasticity in the brain.

  • Supports relief from treatment-resistant symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

  • Deepens access to unconscious material, helping clients process trauma in a more embodied and gentle way.

  • Enhances connection to self and inner wisdom, often leading to breakthroughs in therapy.

  • 6 Weekly 60-Minute Sessions: This program is structured over six weeks with one session per week, providing consistent support and allowing time for integration between sessions.

  • Specialized Parts Work Approach: Parts Work helps you explore and understand the different “parts” or aspects of yourself that may have developed to cope with betrayal, trauma, or self-protection. Together, we will identify and nurture these parts to foster self-compassion and insight, allowing you to reintegrate with a sense of inner wholeness.

  • EMDR for Trauma Processing: EMDR is a research-backed approach to trauma recovery. Using bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps process painful memories and emotions without needing to re-experience the full intensity of the trauma. This therapy is particularly effective for those struggling with PTSD, anxiety, and betrayal trauma, as it helps release and reframe the emotional pain held within the body and mind.
