My work as a therapist is rooted in lived experience: years of self-inquiry, spiritual exploration, academic study, and the kind of heartbreak that forces you to reevaluate everything. Like many of the people I work with, I’ve felt unsafe in relationships. I’ve ignored my intuition, even when it was loud and clear. I’ve found myself stuck in patterns I didn’t fully understand—until I chose to center my own healing.

That choice became the beginning of something new. Through yoga, psychotherapy, and spiritual practice, I began to reconnect with myself. Now, I support others in doing the same.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating trauma, grief, or a sense of emotional disconnection. Many are navigating relationship wounds, identity shifts, or the lingering impact of early attachment trauma. They’re often seekers—sensitive, thoughtful, and intuitive. Many have already done a great deal of personal work, yet still carry old beliefs or protective patterns that no longer serve them. In our work together, we slow down, tune in, and begin to integrate what has been left behind.

As a holistic trauma therapist, I draw from evidence-based practices while honoring the wisdom of the body and inner experience. Our work may include mindfulness, parts work, nervous system regulation, or spiritual reflection—always grounded in presence, safety, and trust.

My mission is to help people reconnect with their Soul and feel safe enough to live from that place. The name Soul Love Therapy reflects this intention. It was inspired in part by a song by David Bowie, but more deeply by the healing power of love—and the knowing that something greater is always within and around us.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist in California, Colorado, and Kansas, and I’m currently based near the Kansas–Colorado border. I offer telehealth sessions and work with clients across all three states.
If you’re ready to explore the deeper layers of healing, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

Why we might work well together
I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach that integrates clinical training with deep respect for lived experience. My work is grounded in safety, compassion, and curiosity, with particular attention to trauma, attachment wounds, and nervous system regulation. I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome—where we move at your pace, honor your autonomy, and support your ability to reconnect with your inner wisdom and capacity for healing.
