Tell Me More… ✨

Moon Cycles for Inner Critic Healing is a gentle, trauma-informed 29-day journaling journey designed to help you understand, soften, and transform your inner critic.

Rooted in parts work and reflective ritual, this journal invites you to notice when self-judgment shows up, explore what it’s protecting, and respond with curiosity and compassion instead of shame. Through daily prompts, grounding practices, and moments of intentional pause, you’ll begin to recognize your patterns, connect them to lived experience, and cultivate a kinder inner relationship.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning to listen.

Created by psychotherapists Alice Barclay and Meredith Berger, this journal blends psychological insight with reflective practice to support deeper self-trust, emotional awareness, and healing.

Meet the Creators

Meredith (left) and Alice (right) met in 2015 while in graduate school for holistic counseling psychology. Their friendship flourished naturally over the years, bonded by a number of commonalities - both Cancer moons, ENFJs, Bay Area raised, and therapists with a special interest in healing trauma. What began as a meaningful friendship and professional camaraderie naturally evolved into this collaboration. Together, they blended their personal experiences and professional expertise into this journal, honoring both intuitive wisdom and modern understanding. Alice Barclay is a licensed counselor with a private practice in CA, CO, and KS. Meredith Berger is a licensed therapist with a private practice in CA, OR, and CO.
